Steps to recreate*

User1, User2 and User3 all want to play but you have only two controllers, This is a scenario we have. We get around this by:

User1 joins the world then User2 does. Later User2 leaves and User3 joins. But sometimes pressing options (the button you use to join the game) will not work.

We have tried many thing to get around this but all failed.

Please fix this.

*This bug does not happen all the time
