Since Minecraft 1.16.10 update I am no longer able to play with my kids in the LAN network via the Wi-Fi. Update to 1.16.20 didn't solve a problem. After creating a new world and run a game, the `Friends` tab is empty.

device 1: Dell Laptop with Windows 10
      device 2: Nokia 4.2 with Android 10

Here are the actions that I tried:
      1. Made a try to remove completely the Win10 and Android games and reinstall them.
      2. Verified that we connected to the same Wi-Fi network (actually at home we have one AP, so it's hard to miss).
      3. Checked the privacy settings on Xbox live account
      4. Logged out on both devices and tried to connect without an account
      5. Tried to re-login
      6. Checked that the Minecraft world settings have multiplayer and LAN visibility to be enabled.
      7. Checked that the Minecraft version is the same
