On both iPhone 8, and iPhone 8+ Minecraft is minimizing itself (taking us to our phone background). When double tapping the iPhone home button, pulling up apps still running, Minecraft is still running in the background. When reopening it, I am taken to the landing page with ‘play, settings, marketplace,’ even after I had been in-game in my realms server.

I have timed this closing/minimizing to happen around 4 minutes after loading the game.

It has happened to me both in-game, on realms, and after just sitting on the Minecraft landing page as described above.
