player sare unable to see skins from minecraft default directory 

steps to reproduce

1. load into a valid minecraft world in version 1.16 or later
2. have a 2nd player look at ur skins with only allow trusted skins on

expected results :

the player with the setting on is unable to see the skins from persona or vanilla aka default

other results 

player with the setting off is able to see it
