Sometimes when I break one block, there is about a 1 in 20 chance that the block behind it, above it, or below it (depends on the way you are facing it from) will also break. To help you understand it better, it can also happen if you are trying to break the sky or a block too far away. The air swooshing sound affect will have a 1 in 20 chance of playing twice. 

This is by far the most annoying bug I have ever encountered since I started playing in 2015. Please fix this as soon as you can. Thanks
