Skin Glitch on server

      I got a problem on Minecraft bedrock edition (Pocket Edition) when I change my skin to a one what I like there is no problem but when I enter a server it changes to Steve or Alex skin please fix it I try everything the custom skin,the skins from the store it still changes back to default skin
