Text-to-Speech often does not work. Example, in "Syntax error" when a command failed to execute, it will only say the letter S. When opening the inventory, menu or chat menu the text to speech stops reading when it is. The text to speech does not have problem reading normal chats and "Press Open Chat to open chat".
