XP Orbs spawning out of nowhere

      Hello, I have been experiencing issues in which my Minecraft world gets unexpected XP orbs,

      I removed all the XP farms and mob spawners and also typed /kill @e[type=xp_orb] however the XP orbs keep spawning out of nowhere and I also disabled mob spawning, Is there anyway to stop XP orbs from spawning?
