flying really high in the air makes this happen

set render distance to 160 

tp 2000 blocks y /tp ~ 200 ~ 

look down y-axis=-90 aka looking completely down

then the screen will glitch 

this was found on the rtx the observatory map so im not sure if it is the map or game
