It started by not loading a skin i received from the marketplace through Realms Plus content. Doing some digging, I found nothing was available even though I have a current Reams Plus subscription on my Microsoft account. For safe measure, I even repeated the process through Minecraft Marketplace and nothing is available. I now have 2 active subscriptions on my Microsoft account, but can't access the content. Having 2 young boys who love playing with me (and getting the 'free' content), it is very frustrating. I even went as far as reinstalling the game. Same result. Help!
