      Issue:
Ever since the 1.19.20 update, older add-ons no longer work on realms. they still work on singleplayer on windows 10 but otherwise stop working on realms mostly or completely. You can take any pre-1.19.20 add-on with blocks or actor variables and many or all of the blocks will be broken, turning into update blocks and the features using actors properties will be broken (For example OriginsPE being unable to turn off particles).

Realms now are mostly no longer able to recognize and run older code like actor_property or minecraft:block_collision, but are sometimes able to recognize the older code and run them fine inconsistently.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install any add-on not built for 1.19.20 or Upload the Example World I included to a realm
      2. Turn on Creator Logging in Creator Settings
      2. Join the Realm
      3. See most or all of the blocks missing and the addon actor properties not working properly in logs
