After 1.19.21 update on windows 10 resource packs are no longer getting loaded on realms. (Realm belong to friend, confirm that they did not change any settings).

Resource Packs are able to load correctly in own single player worlds.

Another thing I notice is that the screen when entering a realm has changed. It now looks similar to the screen when you enter the nether portal. It says that it's loading resource packs, but none gets loaded.

Additionally, in settings the "Global Resource" tab that normally appears under Audio is no longer present. This leads me to believe that the code that is supposed to load the Global Resources for Realms is somehow missing or pointing to the wrong directory.
