My wife is having an issue opening the realm on her end. My account was used to create a Realm. My wife is an operator. I can log in to her account on my PC and play on with her profile just fine. However, whenever she loads her account on another PC or the Switch the Realms world is stuck on Purple 'Loading Screen'. I have not seen an issue like this yet.

We have restarted the router. We restarted the PC. We uninstalled and reinstalled Bedrock edition on her PC. I've checked her XBox live settings and everything is good to play on multiplayer games. I'm at a loss for this one. Please help.
