One of my friends can't read my text in the chat. The problem came with an update in july. It's only on realms. It works perfect when we play online without realms. Everyone else can read my text in the chat. It make no different if we play on hers or my realm. When I had a another realm she could read my text in 24 hour but no more. We are all adults and have adult accounts. She use windows version and xbox x|s, I use xbox x|s and the others use windows. We have checked our acconts and can't find anything wrong.

I contacted realms but they asked me to contact you. Can you solve this problem?
