World stuck with day/night cycle off at night while cheat have never been turned on

      Long term (8+ years) world currently on realms became stuck with day/night cycle off despite never activating cheat mode or creative. Achievements can still be earned and would prefer to keep it that way, but want a regular day/night cycle. Sleeping in beds sets spawn but does not advance time.
