Neither me or my friends couldn't connect to our Realms. In the logs it states (  Could not connect to Realms: connect timed out ). We cannot connect to my server nor can we change out worlds. It gets stuck in the loading menu until you cancel it. I don't know if it has something to do with what I read about online with the whole parental consent stuff and about being 13 or 16 but I am past those ages so I don't even know and it states it on my Minecraft account.
