Random Tick Speed field constantly displays "1" even after manually entering another number. Entering "1" does not change the tick speed.
Clicking "Reset random tick speed" doesn't reset the tick speed.

This does not happen on local copies of the world or on other worlds.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Join my realm
      2. Change random tick speed to anything that's not 1
      3. Click "reset random tick" OR type 1 in the random tick field

      Observed Results:
Random Tick field will display 1 no matter the actual tick speed. Inputting 1 or clicking Reset does not change the speed to 1.
      Expected Results:
Clicking "reset" or inputting 1 should change the tick speed to 1.

Attached video: cactus farm output should make this apparent. After turning the tick speed to 100, neither changing it back to 1 nor clicking "reset" actually resets it. I have to enter 2 instead to decrease the rates. (video too large to upload: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Mi77-YtUCEif_xGOFa0rjITNsoGNkd8m/view?usp=drive_link)
