Whenever I'm flying with an elytra, I can see the chunks ahead of me but I get stuck on an invisible border for about 5 seconds. It's weird, because I can fly through it with a few fireworks or riptide through it in the rain, but can't get past it by simply gliding. Theoretically, this could also happen on foot if the chunks weren't loaded fast enough.
