Trying to upload a current world onto Minecraft Realms with Updated mods active.

Everything goes well until I try to play through realms and it tells me to download extra mods that I need to apply to my world. However, I have ALL my current mods active and downloaded. 

When I download the addons and check the resource packs, it downloaded an old pack that the world used to be on. eg. Better on Bedrock 1.2.3, Ive got Better on Bedrock 1.4.1

I have gone through deleting the storage method and My files method also, even resetting my PC and still it requires me to download that pack.

I dont know what else to do.
