We have a realm that's been going for a few months now, we're at about 2300 days played. Since about day 1800 we've experienced crashes that simply say "disconnected from server." Upon logging back in we'll see that whatever we were doing before the server crashed has been rolled back, typically about 15 minutes. We've managed to continue playing with this however as we've continued it has gotten worse. The crashes have become much more frequent (2 or 3 times a day) and we're starting to lose progress up to 45 minutes prior to the crash. We do have a few add-ons on our realm and have since removed some in the hopes that there was an issue being cause by one or some of them, however this hasn't improved our situation much.

We typically have 3 players on per day, 2 of us on PC and one on the Switch.
