I've read multiple posts about this and followed all the instructions to restore my realms server to back how it was before 1.13.1 came out and reset my entire server, but nothing stated so far has worked and support isn't helping even after contacting them about the issue. 

Restoring backups keep resulting with the error 500 message and not restoring, and there's no way to download the backup that wasn't reset since the latest backups are the corrupted ones. Seriously, please help in any way you can. I finally got back into minecraft to play with friends and everything was great till this happened. We put so many hours into this world so please help.
