I need some help, I opened a realm for me an some friends, but only me and one of them can join.
We dont know why it doesnt work and we already tried everything, like reinstall, newstart of the device, check everything with the connection etc. If they try to join, I can see their names in the game, but they are only in the sky and they cant join. You can see the notification "... leaves the realm" but a notification that the person joined wasnt even there.
My version is an amazon kindle fire version, we are not in the same internet connection. All of my friends have the android version and all of them are in the SAME internet connection, but only one of them can join the server and the others not. And so the connection cant be the problem. We really dont unterstand that, because it totally makes no sense.
We hope you can help us, because we paid for the realm.
