Important files in datapacks are removed as "not used"

      Downloaded my 1.14.1 realm to add some recipes, tested in single player, zipped the datapacks and uploaded to Realms and now none of the datapacks work.  Tried uploading unzipped datapacks, but the world would not upload.

      The zipped world folder is 223 MB

      Coordinates should appear above the hot bar, and you should be able to pull a white wool from the top shulker, place in inventory and get 4 strings.

      I did notice that all of the zipped datapacks were removed from the upload.  Realms log has every datapack removed as not used.  May be related to REALMS-1750.

          Can confirm for Java 1.15.1. We have a 50% chance predicate that works perfectly fine in singleplayer, but is not even callable within realms.

          This is still broken as of 1.15.1. Here is an example upload log showing the predicates being listed and removed as "unused" in the current version.

          In 1.15 all predicate files are deleted from datapacks as "unused," despite being very important.
