Unable to Access Realms: Stuck in PENDING_SLOT_OPTIONS_UPDATE

      When trying to access my realm world I get the following error:

      World stuck in PENDING_SLOT_OPTIONS_UPDATE

      Also any changes to the realm either timeout or hang indefinitely.
