This bug is long, and wild, idk what's going on but hope i can get some help

1. Certain chunks won't render
2. My horse is stuck kicking it's front legs and can't be interacted with
3.  Despite moving toward my horse before i log out and back in my character isn't where i left him
4. I can't dig or place blocks
5. I have logged in and out multiple times
6. I have reset my modem
7.  I have updated my drivers and restarted my computer
