I tried to log into my world I was greeted with the screen, when I try to change the difficulty in any of the settings I get the same error as I do trying to log into my realm. 

Ideally don't want to start from scratch as it defeats the point of me having a realm ultimately since I have not cached any copies assuming this was a pretty solid thing to do when using it a few years ago when others had realms I played with.

As for details needed my ingame name is also the same as my username 'Sanrainer' if that helps resolve it faster.

I had to tag a version but the version on PC we're using which is the latest version of minecraft is actually 1.14.2 despite what the tag says, this version was not listed in the selection of tags.
