I set up a Realm on a free trial which expired on the 29th Jan and we're now on a paid subscription. I set it up for my son to play with his friends online and they all play across a range of devices - iPads, Xbox, PC. A few days before we started paying for the Realm I lost all owner permission. From the onset I was able to teleport to players, use / commands, change the weather and time etc - all this stopped working. We're not sure what the issue is or how to fix it and looking for advice. After we started paying for the Realm the issue persisted.

When I login to play, I am shown as the owner of the Realm, but it seems that I'm just a normal player and not the owner when I joint he realm. The chat window just opens chat and not the operator commands I had previously.

I have a feeling this has something to do with the fact that my son and I initially played on two separate iPads connected via wifi as our skins kept switching between the devices, so there seemed to be some sort of connection there, even though we logged into our separate microsoft accounts.

I also bought Minecraft from Android and used it on my phone and now just have it on my Android tablet, but the problem persists.

Steps to Reproduce:
I can't say how to recreate this issue as all was working when we first created the realm but I still no longer have permissions. I've searched online for similar issues reported and not found anything.

Solutions tried....
I asked everyone to logout.

I uninvited everyone.

I logged out of the realm and my microsoft account, switched off, switched on again, logged in and signed into the Realm solo. Still no permissions and all I get is the chat window.

I've reset the realm

I've closed the realm

I've re-opened the realm

I still have zero permissions when I login and even though it says I'm the realm owner I can't use commands like I have been able to up until now and it seems I'm just a normal member, rather than the owner.

I've changed my microsoft account login details, I've switched to a different device - NOTHING WORKS!

How do we fix this???

As the responsible adult in the group, the kids want/need me to be able to teleport to them when they get lost or need help in a battle and I can no longer do this. It's so frustrating not knowing how to fix this. We've tried everything.

There are no anwers online!
