8 player realm has been unavailable for past 3 weeks

      My friend HectorIsHectic created a realm about 3 weeks ago and has been unable to use it being told that it would be available soon. We purchased the 8 player realm right after the 1.16 update and it never went up. Please look into this problem and give us back our 3 weeks of the 8 player realm.
