I was randomly kicked from my realm while playing and unable to log back in until hours later. 
when I was kicked, I was in the end on the ground and looking down because I was flipping through my notes looking for coordinates to get out. 
When I was finally able to log back in as soon as I logged in I was greeted by the respawn page because I was dead. 
Lost all of my gear, over 60 levels plus I was holding a totem of undying which means I was actually killed twice before I was actually even in the game.
