Resource packs can't be removed

      I can no longer remove resource packs on the server. Whenever I remove them from the server, they are reloaded when the world starts up. If I download the world and play in the single player game everything works, if I then upload the world again and start it loads all packages again. Reinstalling mincraft doesn't help either. Your server always reloads all packages, including those that were deactivated until the start

          I play with a Skyrim texture pack on my realm and i'm having the same issue, when I go into the settings it has three Skyrim packs, and I can not remove two of them. I can only deactivate them. and when I reactivate the correct pack, it automatically actives the two I can't remove, and now the realm will not load with the texture packs at all,

          This is probably related to the bug that causes REALMS-5482.
