Realm does not appear in the list.

My credit card was debited with the purchase and in iTunes, there is an
active subscription Realm.

Now in the store, I press the "restore" button, then try to buy, as a
result I get the same messages: "someone started creating a Realm with the
billing account on this device..." And then: "your purchase succeded, but
we could not create your Realm right now ..." So already in a week, but I
still have not gotten Realm.
