My friends can join my realm but I (the owner) can't

      My friends can join and play on my realm, but I can't. I get the same error message every time and I have attached it. I have done everything on this website: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035130871-Realms-connection-issues-Java-Edition and none of it has worked.
