Unable to purchase realms on ps4

      I am unable to purchase a realm plus server on PS4, it says that I am unable to purchase because it cannot be found or it says there is a connection issue. I do not have connection issues as I have been playing on servers a lot. I think this is something to do with the PlayStation store and Microsoft.
