I'm playing on Realms with 3 other people and can't get sound from my headphones or the speaker. Everything is plugged in correctly, and Minecraft sound is up to 100 for all sounds. My PC sound is normal. Minecraft Narrator is working, but the command /playsound does nothing other than chat output for me. /playsound works correctly for my friends.
