For nearly 2 months now I can not connect to either of my realms from Xbox One or Kindle it says the realm is out of date. I submitted a support ticket over a month ago and support gave me the run around for weeks, and ultimately said they did not care and that I should submit a bug report. So here I am submitting a bug report for something that Im pretty sure is a realms technical support issue. However I keep paying but there is no playing and Im being sent round in circles with no one caring. So how do we fix this?
