Sometimes, arrows from players or mobs won't shoot. When this occurs, there is usually 2-5 players, 10 mobs on screen, and not much else going on.

This happens for ALL players. Some of us are on PC, Xbox, Playstation, and iOS devices.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join a Realm with two or more people.
2. Spawn in 10 enemies or so in an area (not a ton)
3. Play the game.
Observed Results:
Players with bows will show the animation of charging and releasing arrows, but no arrow will fire and no damage will be dealt to mobs or players. Also, mobs do not fire arrows at players. This issue seems to be intermittent and random.
Expected Results:
Players should always shoot arrows when they have arrows and mobs should always shoot arrows at players.
