This issue occurs on the PS4 version. 

When going onto the players menu within the Realm (this happens on both the main menu Realm setting and in game) and trying to change a players permissions it gets stuck. i click on the symbol where you can access the different 'levels' and it will allow you to scroll through the three different levels but will not allow you to choose one and will not allow you to come out of the menu and therefore the only way to come out of it is to close down the game and re load it.
