After buying realms i expected to be it in a good state.
there where a few bugs i knew from before buying realms like
the 50mb world limit or something like that. but this is something else.

What i did to get this bug (should watch the mp4 video file first).

When i tried joining my realm it kept saying disconnected. for some weird reason.
I tried the following:
i cannot close my realm.
i cannot change my realm world
i cannot reset my realm world
i cannot play my realm world / trying to join says disconnected
i cannot get the back up for my realm world.
i tried deleting all my resourch packs (i made a back up)
i tried deleting all my worlds (i know it wouldn't work but you never know, also
made back ups)
i tried to change everything again on a other device like from pc to iphone. Still didn't work.

I CANNOT do anything with realms. Been trying to fix this for 3 days now.
Can i get a refund or can you guys please fix this bug? Its weird if you pay for something but you cannot do anything with it. It feels like i got scammed.
