There are almost no squid spawning in my world! Cannot find any at all!

I've searched oceans, rivers, ponds, and just about everywhere!

I found ONE squid after searching HUNDREDS of chunks of ocean in various ocean biomes!

I seem to find glow squid regularly and with ease!

Normal squid are nowhere to be found!  We are desperate for black dye, and need ink sacks to make this item, as our world is survival with no cheats!

† I see correlation between this and my previous ticket MCPE-113909 where I tried to make a squid farm and had zero spawn rates.  Now I see there are no squid spawning anywhere, in open ocean biomes, rivers, or anywhere!  There seems to be a serious problem with the game or realm!
