Whenever anyone in my realm types in chat, it doesn't appear until ~15 minutes later, and it all appears at the same time. Writing in books works until you try to close the book or sign it. If you try to do any of the following, it resets the text. Typing in signs works, but if the chunks are unloaded then loaded again the text disapears. This happened to me in the nether so I don't know if it also happens in the overworld. Naming items in the anvil doesn't work, but sometimes when combining 2 items together it will randomly work.
