I originally purchased Minecraft on November 7th, 2011 and still have my Paypal receipt.  I've played on and off over the years and have never had any problem logging back in to re-download Minecraft.  I decided to download it again today, but when I logged into my account, I have no option to download and am instead prompted to purchase the game again.
