Minecraft PE cannot get past the loading stage

      I have tried to play multiplayer in my minecraft PE but it seems that I cannot go past the loading screen after I create my world. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times. It's been stated on the app that I cannot access Minecraft marketplace as well.
