Usernames being blocked due to accounts deletion

      Hello! So, couple months ago I requested refund for my account, and it's name is still locked to this day [*LittlePony*]
      There are ton of usernames, that are still unavailable for claiming, because accounts of people, that had those names are getting deleted.
