I want to access to admin my account like:

Resolving,

Adding other people affect version,

Editing description and summary,

Removing other people commented (if they do unhelpful or rude comment),

Linking duplicated issues,

And more there stuff you can do there.

BUT we dont have there option. Only for

Watch issue and vote issue and attach attachment.
