On Mojira website, "Terms of Use" and "Microsoft Privacy Statements" links appear over the contents of the bug tracker, causing them to be hidden.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open a page on Mojira
2. Check the bottom of the page

Expected Result

Either the link is not there, or it shows as a proper footer below any contents.

Actual Result

The links are shown over the contents. For example, on the attached screenshot, the links hide the message "There are no comments yet on this issue."
