Unable to type anything in Description field in Android browser in reporting a bug

      When trying to report a bug using Android 11 and Chrome 110.0.5481.65, the bug reporting page doesn't allow me to type into the Description field.  Nothing I do will cause it to activate.  But if I go to the menu in Chrome on the Android Tablet and choose 'Desktop Site', then the description field works.
