Ctrl + Insert, Shift + Insert and Shift + Del don't work

       Ctrl + Insert, Shift + Insert and Shift + Del combinations don't work

      MC-56400 was marked "Works As Intended" which is just wrong. Both combinations should be present. As "Left Ctrl + C" and "Right Ctrl + C", for example, they're aliases for the same funciton.

      And don't "Use Ctrl + X/C/V" me, they're broken: MC-144671 / MC-133452
