Every time I launch the game, the loading bar gets to about 90% and stops. Shortly after, I get the "not responding" popup and the game crashes. Output code:

Have contacted Microsoft and they spent about 6 hours trying to figure out how to get my PC to load the game. Needless to say, the game has been unistalled and reinstalled several times, and everything on the Windows/drivers side has been updated.
