Launcher minimum window size is larger than some screen resolutions

      I can not see the settings menu and I cannot resize the window anymore. My display is small. It is only 1366x768. So, It is hard to me to navigate certain areas of the launcher. Previously we could resize the window easily.

      Please give us back the option to resize the window again.
