Often I use window-snapping (either the system native version, or apps like BetterTouchTool) to get windows to snap/resize to the left half or right half of the screen (or even more commonly, TopLeft or TopRight corners).
I do this often for Minecraft, but recently accidentally did it for the launcher, which for some reason triggered the launcher window to get larger not smaller. In the process of trying to resize it to shrink back to it's original size, I somehow just ended up with it being even larger than what my laptop screen can fit (on a fairly modern MacBook).
This is quite a nuisance, since I kind of have to drag around the window to switch accounts or access the "Play" button. Tried reinstalling the launcher, and deleting the Minecraft/Mojang/Microsoft preference files in ~/Library/, but it still remains oversized.
Not sure if this is from a recent regression or just a general known issue with the new launcher, would love to see it fixed, also would welcome if anyone knows a stopgap remedy.
